Customer Care & Return Policy

We stand behind our products, and if you are dissatisfied with our products, it may be returned unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Our 1-year factory warranty covers manufacturing defects. This does not include: normal wear and tear of parts, change of mind, product damage caused by tampering, misuse, loss, abuse or negligent handling.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept non-defective returns/exchanges on devices that have their original packaging opened or tampered with.

We will not process the refund request if the package is lost due to recipient refuses to pay for the Customs duties and taxes (when applicable).

Guidelines on Return

  • Contact Customer Care: Please contact our customer care before returning the product.
  • Customer Support: Our customer care representative will provide more information on the product.
  • Defective: If the product is deemed defective by our customer care representative, we will accept your return for refund/exchange.
  • Refund: Refund request may take up to 2 weeks to process.
  • Exchange: Once the product is identified as a defective unit, we will arrange a replacement unit to be shipped immediately.
  • Return Without Contacting Us: We will not be able to process your request and we may have to send the product back to you. Return shipping charges will be incurred by the customer.
