We stand behind our products, and if you are dissatisfied with our products, it may be returned unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt
for a refund or exchange. Our 1-year factory warranty covers manufacturing defects. This does not include: normal wear and tear of parts,
change of mind, product damage caused by tampering, misuse, loss, abuse or negligent handling.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot
accept non-defective returns/exchanges on devices that have their original packaging opened or tampered with.
Please note that we are not responsible for any extra fees from Customs, or additional costs associated with your country. If the shipment was being sent back due to the recipient refusal of paying the customs tax and duties, we will have the order abandoned and all sales will be final as the recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes applicable to the country of delivery.
If the refund request is initiated from customer due to any personal reason, refund will ONLY be applicable to the product price. Outbound shipping and handling fee that has already been incurred will not be refunded.

Guidelines on Return
- Contact Customer Care: Please contact our customer care before returning the product.
- Customer Support: Our customer care representative will provide more information on the product.
- Defective: If the product is deemed defective by our customer care representative, we will accept your return for refund/exchange.
- Refund: Refund request may take up to 2 weeks to process.
- Exchange: Once the product is identified as a defective unit, we will arrange a replacement unit to be shipped immediately.
- Return Without Contacting Us: We will not be able to process your request and we may have to send the product back to you. Return shipping charges will be incurred by the customer.
